Last Week I threw out worrying, it was getting old and in the way.

It kept me from being me; I couldn't do things God's way.

I threw out a book on MY PAST
(Didn't have time to read it anyway).

Replaced it with NEW GOALS, started reading it today.

I threw out hate and bad memories,
(Remember how I treasured them so)?

Got me a NEW PHILOSOPHY too, threw out the one from long ago.

Brought in some new books too, called I CAN, I WILL, and I MUST.

Threw out I might, I think and I ought.
WOW, you should've seen the dust.

I ran across an OLD FRIEND, I hadn't talked to in a while.

His name is GOD the Father, and I really like His style.

He helped me to do some cleaning and added some things Himself.

Like PRAYER, HOPE, FAITH and LOVE,
Yes... I placed them right on the shelf.

I picked up this special thing and placed it at the front door.

I FOUND IT- it's called PEACE.. Nothing gets me down anymore.

Yes, I've got my house looking nice.

Looks good around the place.

For things like Worry and Trouble there just isn't any space.

It's good to do a little house cleaning,
Get rid of the things on the shelf.

It sure makes things brighter; maybe you should TRY IT YOURSELF.
BE BLESSED AND BE A BLESSING TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
May the Lord open the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing that
You will not have room enough to receive it all.

 Blogmaster and Artist Lafemmenikita07 Meets Legendary

Actor/Artist Louis Gossett Jr.

You know the "good book" indicates that no man may look upon the eyes of the father and live.  Oh what a magnificent site it must have been for Moses to be in the midst of God.

 The closest I can came to meeting somebody magnificent was when I met and talked to Actor/Artist Louis Gossett Jr. at Wizard World at the LA Convention Center, March 16, 2007.  I did not expect to meet nor talk to him.  However, while most of the fans were running to see some great cartoon illustrator Louis Gossett Jr. had just arrived and no line had started.  I went over to him and I did not talk about the usual stuff we can read on the Internet.  I told him what I wanted to say from the heart.  With heartfelt emotion I told Louis Gossett Jr. that 25 to 50 years from now black film students (and probably actors) will study his techniques of acting and that he is a part of our black history.

 I do not know what Louis Gossett Jr. is use to hearing at conventions; however, what I said got his attention and for a second we look at each other with direct eye contact.  I wasn't crying; however, I believe he could tell how much I believed his life was going to make a difference to the generations not yet born.  I told Louis Gossett Jr. that was all I had to say and that I appreciate the opportunity to tell him what I felt (from somebody that does not” make a living in his industry"; however, loves the art.)  What happened afterwards and what Louis Gossett Jr. said to me is private and special to me and will not be included in this blog entry.

There is nothing more beautiful than observing a mother breastfeeding her baby.  It is a wonderful and extraordinary thing to know that not only can a woman bring a child into this world, the woman can also use her body to feed her baby for months.  There have been documented cases where women have breast fed their children for up to 2 to 3 years.  

One amazing story is about a woman that got lost while it was snowing.  She had no food to give her young child except her breast milk.  When the woman and child were found the child was in good health.  The baby fed from the mother while the rescuers searched for them.  I will always remember this story.

I do not tell many people this because I figure they will think I am weird.  However, I tasted my own breast milk.  It was sort of sweet with a taste unlike anything I have every tried.  Of course I did not stretch my neck and suck my own breasts.  I pumped the breast milk in a bottle and tasted it.  It was a beautiful moment and breast milk is something "man" will never duplicate.  By Lafemmenitia07  Take care of your body!!!!
